Third Floor:

The kitchen and dining area, refined and modern, offering the latest appliances in addition to a marvelous view. This in turn leads onto the 2 terraces. A laundry room and half bathroom are also located on this level.
Walking straight onto the private roof terrace and large altana, and then on up to the 5th highest terrace in Venice, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking spectacle of the city and its countless wonders. You have to climb the stairs to reach the apartment. Our apartment is located on the 4th floor of a historic palazzo and is defined over 3 floors. Believe me, it is worthwhile! You will be rewarded with breathtaking 360-degree views over Venice.
